Shipping Information

Bondanza online deliveries require the signature of an adult over the age of 18 upon delivery. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Bondanza does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Bondanza accepts online orders for shipment to addresses in the continental United States only.

 

1. FedEx Standard 2nd Day Air– Complimentary Shipping and Handling (Domestic Only)

 

All in stock orders should arrive 2 days after shipping. Orders placed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday before 4:00pm will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on those days after 4:00PM will be processed the following business day.

 

Please note that orders after 3:30PM (ET) on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday and should arrive 2 business days after shipping.  Saturday, Sunday and holiday delivery is not available.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Bondanza offers complimentary returns on online orders received within 30 days of receipt. To return an item it must be unused, undamaged and within its original packaging. Return items will be checked by Bondanza to confirm that they have been returned unworn and in the same condition as they were sent. Following this, your payment will be refunded back to your original payment method. Bondanza reserves the right to refuse any returns.

Exchanges

 

Within 30 days of receipt, an item in unused, unaltered and saleable condition with its original packaging may be exchanged for another. If the newly selected item is at a lower price than the item being exchanged, Bondanza will issue a refund.

 

If the newly selected item is at a higher price than the item being exchanged, the difference will be charged. Bondanza cannot accept exchanges or returns of special orders, sized or engraved items or items that show signs of wear.

 

All credits will be issued to the original credit used for the transaction.

We do not negotiate prices on our products and all our prices are final.

Comparison Purchasing

To keep our prices low, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of buying several items with the intent of keeping the one you like best and returning the remainder. This causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and can be very costly. Sales Tax
